COMMUNICATION & RECEIPT
After finalizing an order with payment, you will receive an automated email from DBR Interior which confirms that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not a final acceptance of your order. When the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a final confirmation and receipt via email.
The receipt will only include the listed items. DBR Interiors is therefore not liable for delivering other items which have been part of the order but have sold out. A seperate receipt or invoice on those remaining items will be sent to you. See section (Sold out items)
We make every effort to ensure that the prices for products displayed in the webshop are correct. All prices are including Danish tax but do not include freight cost. The freight cost will be confirmed at checkout when the delivery address has been completed. There is no Danish tax on orders from private customers outside the EU.
DBR Interiors accepts the following payment cards:
The chosen payment card has to be in the name of the buyer. All payment card holders are subject to validation control and approval from the card provider. If the transaction is not approved the order will be cancelled.
By using a foreign payment card, a fee will be added in relation to the total amount. The fee will depend on type of payment card which will be confirmed at checkout.
When the goods will leave our warehouse for delivery, the payment will be drawn from the chosen payment.
RETENTION OF TITLE
DBR Interiors retain title to the products until payment for the products and freight has been made.
‘DBR Interiors reserve the right to change the prices and delivery terms without prior notification. These changes will not effect orders which we have already accepted by a receipt or invoice via email.
Tinehome reserve the right to correct mistakes in pricing, if they are obviously wrong. This entails prices being very high/low compared to similar products, and how the price level is at the current point in time. Changes may be made to orders already confirmed, as some mistakes cannot be noticed until order confirmation is created.
We always strive to keep prices 100% up to date, and we apologize for any inconveniences you may experience in relation to a price correction.
It’s important to us that you feel safe when shopping online at DBR Interiors. Our payment system works in cooperation with Nets. All payment data which is sent between the browser and DBR Interiors will be encrypted. In the top left corner of your browser, you can see if an internet site is encrypted and all encryption take place via a SSL-server (Secure Socket Server). It means that all information will be send via a third party secure connection and your bank information cannot be seen or read by any outsider.
SOLD OUT ITEMS & REMINDERS
The webshop – DBR Interiors.com – features the entire DBR Interiors collection. If a product is not in stock, it will appear as unavailable, in the product display in the webshop. In some cases it will be possible to sign up to recieve a reminder, as soon as a product is back in stock and in that case DBR Interiors will send you an email with information about when the product is back in stock.
If you have signed up to recieve a reminder, and/or paid for a product which is subsequently out of stock or discontinued, the order for this product will be cancelled and payment will be returned to you.
The product information in our webshop has an exact description to match each product. Every effort is made to ensure that the product corresponds as closely as possible to the pictures displayed online. However, variations can occur. These could include, but are not limited to, slight differences in shades of fabric, color, texture or dimensions of products.
The majority of the DBR Interiors collection is handmade in Vietnam. Please note that due to the nature of handmade items, there might be slight imperfections and some products may have minor variations.
THIRD PARTY RETAILERS
On our website we link to other websites or companies who sell our products. For that matter DBR Interiors can not garentee that products bought via third party retailers have same service and trade terms as DBR Interiors.
JURISDICTION & SPECIAL RULES
Any disputes between buyer and DBR Interiors under the interpretation of DBR Interiors’s trade terms will be ruled by the xxxxxxxxx xxxx Borås in relation to Swedish law with Swedish as the legal/valid language.

1. IN GENERAL
1.3 DBR Interiors A/S is the data controller of your personal data. All enquiries to DBR Interiors must be made through the contact information listed under article 7.
2. DBR INTERIORS COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
2.1 What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
2.1.1 When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you, e.g. about the type of browser you are using, what search terms you use on our website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimise the conversion on the website, improve it and undertake targeted marketing.
2.1.2 When you purchase a product on the website, we collect information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about the products you buy and possibly have returned with the aim to be able to deliver products to you and for the use of meeting our reporting obligations.
2.1.3 When you subscribe to our newsletter, you expressly consent that we may collect the information that you provide to us, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.1.4 We will use the information that we collect in connection with your subscription to the newsletter for direct marketing, including to inform you about our products and news.
2.2 What is the basis for the collection?
2.2.1 The collection of information, as mentioned in article 2.1.1, is necessary for us to manage our interests in improving the features of the website and its layout and to give you relevant offers.
2.2.2 We only use your IP address to determine your geographic location.
2.2.3 The collection of information, as mentioned in article 2.1.2, is necessary for us to fulfil our agreement with you. (artikel 6 (1) (b) of the personal Data Regulation)
2.2.4 We collect only the information referred to in article 2.1.3 if you expressly consent to this. (artikel 6 (1) (a) of the personal Data Regulation)
3. USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
3.1 We use external companies to, among other things, handle the technical operation of the website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with the execution of targeted marketing and improvement of the website. These companies are data processors, who are instructed by us and who process data, for which we are responsible. The data processors are not allowed to use the data for any purpose other than the performance of their contract with us, and they are subject to confidentiality about the data.
3.2 One of these data processors, Google Analytics of Google Inc, is established in the United States. Appropriate safeguards for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor’s certification under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. 4. YOUR RIGHTS
4.1 In order to create transparency in the processing of your data, we must, as a data controller, inform you about your rights.
4.2 The right of access
4.2.1 You are at any time entitled in writing to ask us for information about, among other things, what information we have on file about you, the purpose of the registration, the categories of possible personal data and information recipients that may exist, as well as information about the origin of the information.
4.2.2 You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to info@DBR Interiors.dk along with documentation that you are the person in question.
4.3 The right of rectification
4.3.1 You are entitled to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have on file about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing, so the information can be corrected.
4.3.2 Via the sign-in to your user profile you have the opportunity by yourself to correct information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter.
4.4 The right to erasure
4.4.1 In some cases you have the right to get all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you revoke your consent to your subscription to our newsletter. To the extent that the processing of your data is necessary, e.g. in order to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
4.5 The right to restriction of processing
4.5.1 You have, in some cases, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to only consist of storage, e.g., if you believe that the information we process about you is not correct.
4.6 The right of data portability
4.6.1 You are entitled to have your personal data delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer the data to a different data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with:
● your purchase of a product from us, see article 2.1.2, or
● your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, or
● your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3.
4.7 The right to object
4.7.1 At any time you have the right for special reasons to object to our processing of your personal data that we collect in order to improve the functionality of the website and the layout, see article 2.1.1.
4.7.2 You also at any time have the right to object to our processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of direct marketing, see article 2.1.3.
4.7.3 If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate reasons to continue processing.
4.8 The right to revoke consent
4.8.1 You have at any time the right to revoke your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, and your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3. If you revoke your consent, please be aware that we, in some cases, may be eligible to continue the processing, see article 2. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

4.9 The right to complain
4.9.1 You have at any time the right to submit a complaint to the The Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K concerning our processing of your personal data.
5. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 We will automatically delete the information that we have on file about you, however, to meet regulatory requirements, including requirements in the accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the accounting year) and the consumer legislation (the 2-year guarantee period), we may store certain personal data for a longer period of time.
5.2 Information collected in connection with your provision of your consent that we may send you marketing by e-mail will be deleted if you revoke your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, see article 2.
5.3 If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information will be deleted.
6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures that personal data cannot accidentally or illegally be destroyed, lost, modified or impaired, and that it is not unauthorisedly disclosed or misused.
6.2 Only employees, who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their job, have access to it.

SHIPPING WITHIN EU – EUROPEAN UNION
We deliver items to all countries. All items will be shipped from our head office in Borås, Sweden, where it is carefully prepared and packed. All delivery times depend on the country of destination:
Sweden: app. 1-2 working days
Europe: app. 5-7 working days
Please note that the delivery times are only estimates and may unavoidably be extended by bad weather conditions, bank holidays, holiday seasons or busy periods in general.
Most of our stock is shipped by UPS. UPS offer an option of 2 day express delivery compared to the standard times.
Important information: Our drivers work week days between 8.00-18.00. We recommend that you complete the alternative delivery address on the freight form if you already know that you will not be home when your products will be delivered. Your work address could be an option. Please note that we cannot deliver to a postbox and products cannot be delivered without a signature from the receiver.
Unfortunately we don’t have the option to change the delivery address if we have already processed the order.
It is also possible to pick up your order from our head office in Odense. You can do this by choosing this option at checkout, and the pick up will be arrange with DBR Interiors when the order is ready.
Freight costs will be added to your order upon checkout. The freight costs will depend on the volume of the order.
Please note: large/or fragile items like furniture, rails, large lanterns, heavy pots etc. will require special arrangements during transportation and will therefore incur an additional freight cost. If a product require such special arrangement this will appear on the product description in the webshop and the freight cost will be listed at checkout when the delivery address has been completed.
All costs with reference to your order will be listed at checkout before payment.
When ordering heavy furniture like our cabinets and sofas, we would like to point out that the delivery is to the pavement of your property therefore we recommend that you arrange assistance to help carry the furniture into your home.
Please note that DBR Interiors are not responsible for any additional cost caused directly or indirectly by force majure events such as strike, lockout or other situations over which DBR Interiors have no control.
Customer outside og EU: Please note that the Tax is not included in the price of the product.
As tax varies from country to country unfortunately we are unable to confirm the amount you will have to pay in tax. We recommend you to contact Custom Office from your country for more information about the tax rules in your country.
DBR Interiors is not responsible for any duty or taxes.
You can always track your order as a tracking number will be listed in a email to you when the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order including the date for delivery.
Please note that it is not possible for us to provide tracking orders for furniture and other large products. A delivery day will be agreed which is convenient to you and you will be contacted by our customer service department before the order departs from the warehouse.
We will attempt to deliver your UPS delivery 3 times; however if none of these are successful your order will be returned to DBR Interiors. A new freight cost will be charged if you require the products to be re-delivered.
DOWNLOAD RETURN NOTE
We can only return money to the card owner who payed for the gift – it can take up to 5 days for the money to transfer between banks.
You can also choose to receive a voucher. When we receive return at our stock, we will create a voucher for you to use on DBR Interiors.com.
Otherwise, if you need to return your purchase you have 14 days to do so. The product can only be returned by completing a return note to the following address:

A return note will be sent with every order. If the return note is missing from your order please contact DBR Interiors by email and one will be sent to you. The return note is important as it enable us to identify the delivery in question upon arrival at our warehouse.
14 DAYS RETURNS
*No returns on furniture.
The product needs to be returned to DBR Interiors within 14 days from the date of delivery and you will have to cover the cost of returning the product to DBR Interiors in Sweden.
A refund for a return product will be paid to customer’s account within 14 days from receiving the product and the return note.
If the return product fails to be received by DBR Interiors, we cannot cover the costs involved. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when it left the warehouse for delivery, DBR Interiors will charge an amount covering the loss of value to the product and the net amount will be paid to the customers account.
*No returns on customized furniture.
If you wish to order a product in another color or size we will need to complete a new order in the webshop.
It’s important to us that you receive the best service possible and that all our products meet your expectations. Should you unexpectedly have received a defect or wrong item, please send an email to service@DBRInteriors.dk.
If you want to report a claim, the form below will have to be completed. Photos of the damaged product or product with defects will be needed to support your claim. The photos are important to us as we use them as proof to show to our suppliers and freight forwarders.
Please note that any damage that is visible on delivery should be notified immediately. Any damage which is discovered after unpacking must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email to service@DBR Interiors.com
If the claim is accepted, DBR Interiors will cover the cost of a new replacement product. If the replacement product is not available, the price of the product will be credited to the customer within 30 days. Please note that some replacement products can be subject to tax which are not covered by DBR Interiors.
If a product is damaged more severely, please complete the claim procedure including photos and send it to the customer service department before sending the product back. DBR Interiors will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
The buyer will cover the cost for return freight if a product is returned to DBR Interiors without any confirmation that the claim form has been – and can be – approved by DBR Interiors.
All stock in the webshop are subject to the Danish consumer protection law. This means that buyers can make a complaint of damaged or defective products up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
